In this Agreement, “Dahab Zaman” refers to the registered Egyptian company operating the e-commerce store selling gold ingots and the gold trading application subscriptions.

Introduction

By accessing and using the website of Dahab Zaman , you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access or use our website .

Online store for gold coins and bars

As shown with all products and in the gold store, buying and selling market, when ordering a bar or gold coin through our site, the price may change after ordering according to the change in gold prices in the market when the total amount is paid by the customer according to the spot price when the payment is completed.

You will have to provide a photocopy of your National ID to our customer service to issue an Electronic Invoice. and this will be mandatory to complete your order.

When you place your order, please enter your data accurately so that the sales and technical support department will contact you to complete the order successfully.

Return Policy

The product cannot be returned or refunded after purchase, as is common practice in all currency and gold product markets.

Use of Website

The use of our website  is solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our website , you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

You agree to use our website and application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to use our website :
