Where do you ship in Egypt?

• Cair / Giza / Alexandria / Aswan / Asyut / Red Sea (Hurghada, Safaga) / Beheira / Beni  Suef / Dakahlia / Damietta / Faiyum / Gharbia / Ismailia / Qalyubia / Kafr el-Sheikh / Qena / Luxor / Minya / Monufia / Port Said / Sohag / Al Sharqia / Suez / Kalioubiya .
• Exceptions:
  - Delivery is not available to remote or restricted areas without prior agreement                                     
• Delivery location for Products:

   7 Albert, Smouha , Alexandria

• Shipping Providers:

  Delivery Timeframe:
  Your order will usually be delivered within 2-4 business days starting from the day you place your order. Delivery times may differ based on your location 

   

  How will I know when my order is on its way to me?

  A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email  after your order has shipped.

  Do I have to present anything at the time of shipping?

  Someone should be home when your order is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. However, don't worry if this isn't possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once.
